All orders are shipped within
1-2 business days via USPS (unless otherwise stated in the product description).
You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number once your item has shipped.
allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to start working.
Once we hand your package off to the post office it is out of our control as to how fast it gets to you (even when priority mail is chosen) and the post office is now responsible for it.
If you have questions as to the location of your package or why it hasn't arrived yet you will need to contact your local post office.
We are NOT responsible for packages once they have been delivered to your mailbox or left at your address.
Please make sure you are shipping to a secure location. You are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address you will be responsible for the shipping cost to get it to you.
If you feel you have entered the wrong address please contact us immediately at
customerservice firstname.lastname@example.org. We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments when incorrect addresses are provided by the customer.
